The rooftop onsen was awesome, especially with the views. We visited Mount Fuji and explored nearby gardens. Just note, the rooms are on the smaller side, but they’re clean and cozy. Plus, the staff were super friendly and the breakfast was delicious!
My bed was too soft, making it a bit uncomfortable for sleeping. Also, the elevator was frustratingly slow, which was annoying at times.

This hotel was clean and modern with a great onsen experience, though the rooms felt a bit snug even for two. The location was convenient, around a 15-minute walk to Shinjuku station. Despite some minor complaints about the pillows and self-check-in, the overall stay was pleasant and enjoyable.
